Terms and Conditions

Dana Jenelle is a licensed manicurist in both Florida and Texas. As a manicurist I abide by all healthy and safely standards to include denial of service for certain health concerns for the safety of the client, the clients health and myself. There are going to be circumstances where services cannot be rendered due to common happenings. These matters will always be handled with the upmost professionalism and by board standards.


As a licensed professional manicurist:

  • I reserve the right to reschedule and/or cancel service due to late or no-show, health conditions that at my decretion can/pr should not be worked over, for services that were not booked and in situations where safety and or sanitation can not be ensured..
  • If an appointment shall need to be rescheduled or cancelled the deposit fee will be retained and will not be refunded. For rescheduled appointment (prior to cancellation) rhe deposit fee will be applied to the next appointment. For appointments cancelled within 2hrs of appointment time, missed (no show) appointments, or cancelled due to being more than 15mins late. . 
  •  The deposit will not be returned, will be retained and a new appointment and new deposit will be required. If this occurs twice, you will no longer be able to book. Apologies. 
  • I reserve the right to cancel appointments for clients that are morw than 15mins late. .
  • I prefer to maintain professionalism and a safe environment thus behaviors like unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. will not be tolerated, deposit will be retained, fees for services rendered will  be due and your appointment will be cancelled. 
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy
